We are an hour in and this is what the drivers are dealing with already. Most of you understand this already but the main roads are clear as can be but the side (residential) roads is where the issue will be. Shaded by trees keeps the snow/ice from melting. Also remember these are 30,000 lb trucks so they react a little different than that regular vehicle. We don’t want to damage your property, our property and most importantly we don’t want anyone hurt.

They are all out at this point doing what they can. Again if we are unable to get to you today and tomorrow then we will get all your trash at the next normal pick up day.

The plan for tomorrow is for drivers to get to the office/yard when safe and able (temps dropping to teens tonight). If able they will begin doing routes. BE ADVISED, all pick ups will be driver discretion. This means if they feel unsafe about a pick up they will skip it. Main roads are in decent shape but all the secondary roads can still be suspect. Add in shade from trees and thick snow refreezing and trucks could have a problem. That being said we are going to do everything in our power to get all stops picked up.

We apologize in advance if we are unable to make your stop this week but if so, we will get all trash at your next normal pick up day and therefore you will still get what you paid for. We understand this may put a strain on your polycart space and again apologize.

Due to the deteriorating road conditions and the safety of our team, equipment and the public our safety team has decided to postpone routing for tomorrow Friday 1/10. We will begin assessing and planning to make up routing starting tomorrow late morning. Please check back here for updates. Right now it looks like running Saturday and Sunday if roads and weather allow it. Office staff will be working normal hours remotely so you can still call in for payments.

We appreciate your understanding. We hope everyone is safe and warm! If you must get out in these conditions, do so with extreme caution.

Our plan for Thursday and Friday is to run as normal until we are forced to stop. We have given drivers discretion to make this decision based on where their route is. Reminder that all routes will be normal this week EXCEPT WEDNESDAY Christmas Day. Wednesday route is scheduled for Saturday BUT drivers will start on Wednesday on other route days as their normal routes are completed. (This means your Wednesday trash could be picked up on Thursday or Friday if drivers are done with other routes).

Reminder that our routes will be NORMAL on July 4th. Our drivers would rather have the weekend time off than the Thursday and then have to work on Saturday. Please have your can out the night before to make sure you are picked up next Thursday JULY 4TH. We will not make 2nd trips for trash not out as our drivers will not be working on Saturday in observance of the holiday.

This is the 2nd time this has been posted. Let’s get your account up to date.

We have several customers that are β€œSuspended” this week due to the billing changes we made in March. Most of these customers are customers that were on automatic payments with Debit or Credit card. (ACH payments were unaffected) Unfortunately, due to security reasons the card numbers were not able to be moved which means you the customer must call in or go into the portal to update your automatic payment. Your email MUST be on file in order to get to the portal. Understanding that the billing changes are partly the reason that the accounts haven’t been updated we are coming out and doing an extra pick up for the β€œmissed” pickup once the invoices are up to date (at no extra charge). But the invoices must be caught up. If you are one of these customers, you can call in during normal business hours 580-924-1781 or email [email protected] with the email you would like to have on file and we can update it. Please note We want to pick up your trash but have to have the accounts up to date. Notices were posted, sent, emailed etc beginning in December about the changes. Thanks for your attention and your business.
