Time for some beef! I love a skirt steak, especially in a balsamic marinade. It makes for the best crust and crispy ends.

Smoked Cauliflower is probably my favorite low carb side right now. So much flavor and better for you than a bowl of mashed potatoes!!

Late night tonight, but I didn't forget about y'all! Temps are rising. Those Spring showers are coming in almost daily. I'm starting to get really excited about all the fresh, local produce we can share soon!!
