Chef Alex is moving on to the SEMIFINALS! 🏆🔥 Round 1 of Cooking for the Kids was a huge success, and we are so proud to announce that Chef Alex secured the WIN! Shoutout to Sous Chef Zak for helping bringing the heat in the kitchen, and a big thank you to the judges and everyone who came out to support such an incredible cause. Winning dishes⬇️ • Appetizer: Thai Brussels Salad with green onion, bean sprouts, red peppers, and crispy pepperoni • Main Course: Amchur Rubbed Terres Major with corn, pepperoni succotash, and potato pancake • Dessert: Amchur Cardamom Cream Tart with dark chocolate and apricot drizzle Proceeds from the event go directly to Overflowing Hands and Casa/King’s Ridge, supporting those in need in our community. ❤️ Next up: Round 2 – The Semifinals next Wednesday, February 26th.
