We take care of all communications with your vendor team in the last few weeks leading up to your wedding;⁠
We work with you to bring all of your wedding planning into a comprehensive document that includes an incredibly detailed timeline for your day, seating charts, setup and teardown information, and more;⁠
From the day you hire us, even if it's two years before your wedding, we are experts available to answer questions and guide you in the planning process.⁠

We do love candid photos from friends and family, sure. But leave that for the reception! During the ceremony, your guests should be fully present, not distracting other guests, and staying out of the way of your professional photographer and videographer! ⁠

This is so important. ‼️⁠

It's natural for you to feel like everything must be perfect. This is a big day, it's YOUR day. But let me be honest... Behind the scenes at a wedding can be quite hectic... and couples and guests don't see most of it because ....PROS. This is precisely WHY we encourage couples to hire AT LEAST a coordinator to make sure that any stressful or problematic situations are dealt with and hopefully, you don't even know about it. ⁠
⁠
So... don't stress over all the little details, hire a coordinator or planner, because in the end, all that matters is your love and that you enjoy the day! Don't be the host, be the guest of honor!⁠

There’s a running joke in the wedding industry that a wedding planner basically doubles as a secretary, plumber, fashion consultant, therapist, A/V technician, stage manager, director, a security guard (at least when it comes to drunk uncle Dan), accountant / financial advisor, seamstress, general contractor, travel agent, and magician/fairy godparent. ⁠

Emily & Seth gave us the honor of planning and managing their wedding day which was August 22nd. Let me tell you... it was an experience! (Check out our stories today to find out why...) But first, listen to this sweet story...

So... the bride and several of her guests and wedding party are former or current theatre production pros, just like me! Now I know this means they know how to get things done, but still I was in for a surprise...

By the time we arrived, this army of friends had already set up nearly the entire reception! 😯 Much of it was done with gaff tape (a backstage nerd’s fave). I was amazed and impressed ... but also glad there was still plenty left for me to do 😅

It was great and beautiful to see such amazing support for this couple. Thanks Emily & Seth for having me there for, well, everything else!

You've probably already thought about having a hashtag, but WAIT! There's more to this...⁠

Make sure you have a sign that is very visible to the guests with the hashtag and the reason for the hashtag. Maybe even put it in additional places like the programs, welcome sign, at the bar, etc. ⁠

Don't drive yourself nuts with all your wedding plans and information scattered everywhere. Do this and have all your files with you anywhere, update them anytime, and they can easily be shared with your planner, vendors, wedding party, etc. 🖥️💻📱⁠

Full Planning - We recommend hiring us as far in advance as you can as the cost of the package doesn't change regardless of how many venues you've already toured, the vendors you've booked, or how far away your wedding date is. Partial Planning - Most couples book our partial planning package at least nine months before their wedding and after they've already signed a contract with a venue. We do not offer this package to couples whose wedding is within three months.⁠
