Great news new orders have allowed us to open our venue to everyone with 50% capacity... our venue and outdoor pool and palapa will rent for $500/6 hours weekend

Good Afternoon everyone, we feel like there is still alot of confussion regarding social events. We asked for clarification on the governors orders from our local officials. And this past friday the governor clarified his orders as well. And YES we are allowed to open our pool at 25% capacity, BUT we are not allowed to have any social gatherings of more than 10 people.

The rules as written we feel contradicts itself, but in times like these we need to follow the rules. As we have always said our clients are our priority and we dont want to expose our clients to any possible fines for going against governors orders.

We dont know when the governor will allow social gatherings of more than 10 people. .... ( B day, graduation partys, babyshowers,) at this time we will hold off in booking any events until his next update, which is likely on June 3rd.

The only gatherings allowed at this time are weddings!!

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused, but we are all in the same situation together, with the same doubts and the same questions.

We have been keeping a close eye on all restrictions in business reopenings and as of May 8 the governor has allowed pools to open at a 25% capacity as designated by the owner.
In an abundance of caution and in order to protect the health and safety of our clients and our community we decided to postpone all rentals in the month of May.

Most of our rentals for the months of June and July are for graduation parties and we have spoken to many of our clients and their graduates still have the hope to go forward with their party.

As such we will be doing the following:
1. Our indoor venue will remain closed as per the governor's order
2. Our outdoor pool area will be open with a capacity of 75 people
3. We will arrange tables and chairs to afford social distancing.
4. We encourage our clients to limit their gatherings to family members.

Because of these restrictions we will be lowering our weekend price to $500, and weekday price to $350.

Lastly we understand that everybody is in different situations and this pandemic has affected us all. As such we will allow anybody that has rented with us for the months of June and July to cancel their event and we will refund their deposit, up until May 22. After that we will assume that your event is going forward with the new restrictions.

We are trying to care for the health and safety of our clients, while abiding by the restrictions imposed by state officials in the attempt to reopen our businesses.

At villa valencia the health and safety of our customers and their guests is our priority. We are living a difficult situation that has led our goverment to take drastic measures. Like everybody else we are living day by day and waiting for the latest instructions. We have worked with our customers to reschedule their events for the next couple of weeks. We thank you for your preference, and we will keep a close eye on any new restrictions. As of now and until April 3rd, social gatherings of 10 or more have been prohibited. We will keep following all the restrictions for the general health and safety of all. Everybody please stay safe 🙏🏻 thank you!
