Contract/Booking Reminder
To ensure the highest level of service and efficiency, all changes must be submitted no later than 30 days prior to the event or upon final payment, as outlined in your contract. This policy helps us properly plan, execute, procure necessary items, and assign staff, ensuring your event runs seamlessly while balancing the needs of other clients. Please note that starting in 2025 (or even sooner pending the need), an inconvenience fee may be applied for last-minute additions or labor-intensive updates and changes.
