Calling all Spring party planners! Have the entire farm to yourself!

Our Private Farm Parties are offered in tiers to help you choose the party level of your choice!

Our parties are best suited for those turning 1-8!

Party Theme Options: Barnyard (Red or Pink), Unicorn, Construction, Dinosaurs, Tea Party or Princess

Silver "Base" Package $500
-90 Minute Private use of our party barn and outdoor kids play area
-Themed paper goods, tablecloths and a balloon garland
-Pizza & Juice for each child
-Two dedicate party staff members, dressed in western themed attire to provide immersive Pony Town Experience!
-15-20 Minute Custom "Meet The Animal" Showcase. Our team members will bring you along the farm to meet the animals, learn fun facts and have the opportunity to pet/feed them snacks! We have ponies, horses, donkeys, a cow, chickens, alpacas, bunnies, ducks!
-Pony Rides for each child (in the event of rain, Pony Rides will be replaced with a paint project that matches the party theme of your choice!)

Gold "Bonus" Package $1,000
Includes all above from silver package PLUS:
-3 Additional Pizzas
-24 Additional Assorted Drinks
-Fruit Platter & Chips & Dip Spread
-Glitter Tattoos for each child
-Pony Town Bingo Game with Prizes

If you have a large public event in the works and you'd like Pony Town to bring ponies, horses or princess- book those fast! Lot of regulars missed out this year because others planned further ahead. Early bird gets the worm ESPECIALLY for May, September & October!

Also, grab your Summer Farm Club weeks! We cap at 14 kids per day. Because we are small- it fills up fast. But, we are one of the only ones around offering daily drop in option for every day of camp to help you guys fill in the gaps!!!

I sometimes hear thru the grapevine that our parties are expensive.

Here is the cost of our party, if you were to do it yourself with a hired helpers.

Which our private pony rental rate (actually, our top selling service is $350/hour)

Party Cost at Your House with 1 Hour Pony Rental: $769.00

But wait, we have animals all around for the duration of the party. Going traveling petting zoo rental is $450/hour.
So, for two hours that would run you about $900.00

Party Cost with Pony & Animals: 1,669.00

Our 2024 basic party package, which includes all of the above: $600.00

Our 2024 Most Expensive, Platinum Package was $1,600 .00
(which included all of the above PLUS a face painter, princess rental, favors, balloon garland & bouquets and goodie bags)

Party Cost, Platinum Package, if you did it yourself: $2,600.00

And no one has to step foot in your home.

Face painting & refreshments additional charge.
