In 2016, long time business partners Barry Maurillo, Joe Maurillo and Vito Cucci, envisioned a new Estate to complete their trilogy of venues. The partnership had previously re-created well known The Park Savoy and Naninas in the Park, both, upscale catering venues, just five and thirteen years prior, respectively.
