Margarita Monday is fast approaching! Whipping up the quintessential local favorite Strawberry Rhubarb sour mix, local ‘barb 🌱, local berries 🍓always fresh and delicious😎.
Enjoy this sweet elixir in one of many margarita options, with a splash of soda for a sans alcohol refresher or enjoy it with your favorite spirit, it won’t last long.

That’s right, school is out for the summer and that means MARGARITA MONDAY IS BACK at Sorellina 💃🏻🍹. Starting Monday, June 17th, we will be bringing back a slew of margarita varieties, ALL made with fresh ingredients, made to order and featuring premium tequilas and spirits. Visit us every Monday and try a new margarita every week all summer long, or try a flight of 3 and taste the whole menu a little quicker!
Margarita menu will be released later this week!

It’s almost time for our regular deliveries from Farmer Jeff, we can’t wait for all the fresh and delicious produce! Thank you Jeff for working so hard to bring us the ‘cream of the crop’ year after year!

Meet our farmer 👨‍🌾
To us, he is Farmer Jeff, to the community he is Jeff Pratt and he grows us some of the most beautiful and delicious produce that we utilize in all of our locations. Jeff is a wealth of knowledge and full of beautiful stories that he shares with us regularly. Jeff tirelessly plans, plants, cultivates and harvests a 1 acre vegetable farm to supply the restaurants from late spring, through early fall, and can often be seen hand delivering the goods to our St. Johnsbury location daily.
Thank you Farmer Jeff for all of your hard work and dedication to providing the restaurants with top quality produce!

We have decided to start our Spring Break a little early this year and will be closed from now until late April, an official reopening date will be posted soon.
We will be taking this time to deep clean, freshen up the interior paint, do a little kitchen rearranging and revamp our food & drink menus for the upcoming season. You can always come and see us at our sister location, Salt Bistro in St. Johnsbury during this time.
