You can run or walk a 5K (with or without your doggie), 10K, 10K/5K combo and enjoy a Family Fun Run mile. Packet Pick-up and late registration is on June 24th, at the East Grand Rapids Parks and Recreation Dept. 9AM-6PM. and Saturday 6:30-8:10AM. The following are the age divisions for men and women: 14 and under, 15-19,19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+ Age group awards for 5K only.

University of Michigan Health-West Sports Medicine will see you at the Reeds Lake Run on June 24th. Our team will be out on the course and at the start/finish line on race day to assist with any medical needs. We hope you won’t need us, but feel free to stop by, say hello and learn more about our team!

Our Story

Reeds Lake Run 2019! Join us on June 22, 2019 for the 41st annual Reeds Lake Run!!! You can run or walk a 5K, run a 10K and even run or walk a 5K with your dog. We also have a 10K wheelchair/handcycle division and Kids races! All runners, walkers, wheelchair and handcycle participants will get a moisture wicking race shirt.

Packet Pick-up and late registration is on June 21th, at the East Grand Rapids Middle School, from 4:30-7:00P and Saturday, June 22 from 6:30-8:15A. View the Course Map here: http://www.eastgr.org/DocumentCenter/View/58 Award Ceremony and Celebration will be at 10:30A, located at Gerkin Plaza after the run is completed- Join us for live music. The following are the age divisions for men and women: 14 and under, 15-19,19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74 and 75 up.
