Wednesday we did a little thing again… we had given away bouquets as a random act of kindness to those who walked in the store and to people amongst the neighborhood. Each person was given 2 bouquets, one that we gave as a gift to them and the other for them to pay it forward to another. We drove around to some different locations, stood outside stores. It was a beautiful day ( we were hastily kicked out of a local markets parking lot by management, brushed of the negativity and moved right on to positivity - no stopping this happy train) Hundreds of smiling faces. Even the resilient ones. Once they realized it free, no strings attached, no gimmick. Smiles galore!!
Thank you to my Hibernian Sisters who volunteered your time and helped to make it happen. Doug and Eric thank you for taking the time to help deliver smiles. Thank you to the girls at my shop for always putting up with me and my ideas.
Thank you to all the people who reached out to tell us how the flowers made their day and the person they gifted the flowers to.

at Country Village florist located on the corner of Pequot Lane and E. Main St.

We will be having a special giveaway for the first 100 people that come to the shop.
It is somewhat of a surprise… 🌻💐🌹
But I can assure you, you will leave here with a big smile, a full heart and the opportunity to pass it along to others.

We are looking for volunteers this Tuesday, October 17 from 2 to 5 PM …  we are working on a little surprise project for Wednesday, October 18.
