100% Home made from scratch chicken stock flavored with home grown celery harvested 2 weeks ago and sliced giant yellow onions. Celery and chicken bones were freshly acquired from 40 pounds of breasts that I butchered for boneless breasts for my deep freeze. Onions were cooked in stock after all else was strained out. Small amount of kosher coarse salt added with some fresh large cracked pepper (black and white) mixed in. Delicious is a good description. Use it for soup....stuffing...or just sit and dip your favorite bread. (Last night it was pizza crust, mmmmm). 5.00 a quart 12.50 for 3.
