The shop will always have deep roots within underground punk, hardcore & metal music so in true DIY fashion we are throwing a FREE show in the parking lot directly behind our shop. If you need to wet your whistle there are multiple bars within a 2 block radius and DORA allows you to grab a drink from them and bring it to the show. But we ask that you don’t bring your own booze as this is an ALL AGES GIG. (Plus supporting the area businesses is way cooler anyways) If you’re cool like me and don’t drink, has 500 different bottles of pop to get you sugar rushed for the PIT)

(There is free parking in multiple locations on E Pershing st, as well as a lot beind Firestone tire and Ezios Italian restaurant. Also there is on street parking located on state street, N Broadway Ave & parking lots on E. 2nd st… all under a 2 minute walk)

In a world where every helping hand counts, State Street Records serves its customers, and also serves the community.

Along with help from community businesses, this record store recently donated and collected over 800 pairs of socks, along with toothbrushes and toothpaste. Thank you so much, Josh, with State Street Records, for donating to the Rescue Mission of Mahoning Valley.
