Happy Belly Foodies is an inclusive community of eaters who require extra love, support, and creativity with the foods that we eat.
We are located in the Chippewa Valley, WI - however our community extends far and wide and can be accessed by anyone anywhere.
This community supports each other by providing experiences, classes, and information around where you can go to eat, what you can buy at the grocery store, and what foods you can make to heal your body.
This inclusive food community is a place where no matter what you can eat, you feel included, and the food is unapologetically delicious.

Lily Meyer is a stand-up comedian and writer who began her comedy career in Boston, and now lives in her hometown of Minneapolis. Her style of comedy is dark and somewhat honest, drawing mostly from her experiences with dating, eating disorders, and her cat, Charlie. She has performed in the Boston area at Nick’s Comedy Stop, Hideout Comedy and The Comedy Studio as well as in Minneapolis at Camp Bar, Corner Comedy Underground, and Sisyphus Brewing. She most recently participated in the Boston Comedy Festival and the Sno Jam Comedy Festival and will be a part of the 10,000 Laughs Comedy Festival in Minneapolis.
Max Chapman began his stand-up comedy career in Minneapolis in 2019. His style combines one-liners and painfully honest stories from his life, both of which are darkly humorous. Max is a resident emcee at Acme Comedy Co and worked with some of the top acts in the country. Max was a finalist in Sisyphus Brewing’s Funniest Person in Minneapolis Contest. He produces his own monthly comedy shows at Terminal Bar and Indeed Brewing in Northeast Minneapolis.
Matt Hasenmueller is an Eau Claire comic who sprung out at the open mic scene at The Lakely this summer. He’s already opened for national touring acts such as Sean Patton, Caitlin Cook, and Mo Alexander. He’s as gifted at storytelling as he is at cooking eggs (or sometimes just one very large egg).
Bo Gella is a comic from Freedom, Wisconsin. He currently resides in Mexico where he is trying to eat all the tacos. Bo is excited to visit Eau Claire and Forage on October 22nd.
