It's a family business now entering the second generation of ownership with the same great home cooking and excellent quality service that started it all. KP Katering has developed menus and recipes with only the choicest of ingredients. Our commitment to quality, value and variety can be seen throughout our catering business. From a simple continental breakfast, tasty lunches, unique hors d'oeuvres or dinner events, at KP Katering the possibilities are endless! The business started out in the basement of our family home and expanded to where it is now. Our kitchen is located within the Americas Best Value Inn of Eau Claire, where we are the exclusive caterer for any event held in one of their banquet rooms or out by their outdoor pool. KP Katering owns a truck that has a fully functional kitchen including a stove and refrigeration located in the back of it so that preparing food at off-premise locations are a snap. We can travel to any destination within Wisconsin or Minnesota and cook at your site to ensure fresh and hot food always. KP Katering is fully licensed and all of the staff are NIFI Sanitation compliant and follow safe food handling guidelines. From groups of 25 to groups of 1,500, KP Katering can handle them all with a professional staff that's committed to providing the best food, the best service, at the best price!

Country Jam 2023 was an absolute dream! So many emotions at this moment, it's hard to put into words what we just accomplished as a team! The effort it took to feed thousands of people each day was massive and could not have been done without everyone working together. I'm SO very proud of each person who made this weekend amazing! Love our Jam Family!!

Our new location is beyond anything I could've imagined! How the whole Jam/Eau Claire Event District team pulled together and put on such a top-quality production at a new site in such a short time frame is mind-blowing!

Learned a lot as we hit the ground running and know we've got room to grow into our new space. Just so very proud of what was accomplished during Jam 2023!!

Country Jam 22' complete!! SO many amazing moments and wonderful memories! I always feel we have the strongest team ever each year, but man...this year we nailed it and I couldn't be more proud!

We served an average of a little more than 1,800 people each night in the buffet, kept 4 VIP booths open from gate start to final act (Grill, Oriental, Mexican, and Healthy wraps/ shooter cups), dessert booth, fed the bands/road crew in a Starz area, had 2 Ultimate VIP tents with food along with having booths in the General Admission area. Wow!! So many moving parts to keep track of!! The amount of food we pumped out of makeshift kitchens is something most people couldn't even imagine and I can't even explain. It's pretty unreal!

During a time where food prices are ridiculous and actually getting large volumes of quality products are almost impossible...we made it happen thanks to the amazing team at Indianhead Food Service in Eau Claire who worked tirelessly the past few months to find us substitutions for products we typically use but either couldn't get or prices were higher than normal. Very thankful for them so we could still keep a quality experience for our guests!

Country Jam staff rocked it this year and put together an event to celebrate! Can't wait for Jam 23'!!

Our season has been absolutely amazing so far! The weddings we've been fortunate enough to be a part of have been wonderful and our couples are gorgeous! I'm in love with all the details for each of them and are grateful to have such organized visions!!

I don't take many pictures as I usually try to leave that to the professionals, who have also been great to work with this year...but I wanted to post a few so you know we've been busy. 😉 24 weddings complete with 49 more to go for 2022...plus add a 3-day Country Jam weekend and some sweet corporate events in the mix and I would say our schedule is almost complete! Yayy!! 🥰

Country Jam 2024!! Amazing venue, fabulous weather, and another year I'm SO extremely proud of what our KP Jam Family accomplished! We honestly have talked so many times about writing a book with all of our Jam stories and this might be the year I actually start putting it together.
