I saw quite a few destination weddings over the long weekend. Many choices from bold reds against the blue ocean and white sands, all guests in white, and many more. It was a good and refreshing weekend but I'm ready to be home!

Are you ready for all things destination wedding?! My family and I are going on a tropical vacation this week and so I've got destination weddings on the brain.
What are your thoughts on the infographic below? This was put together by DestinationWeddings.com so it is probably not non-biased. While the cost for the Bride and Groom may be cheaper if they are only covering themselves, you definitely see a price spike for your guests! Still! I can't wait to head on my vacation. What do you think? Destination weddings? Yay or nay?

Here are some tricks for the budget bride! I'm not sure about all of these but definitely a few here that are genius! I particularly like the upcycled table cloth (or curtain I bet) idea.

Are big bouquets or little bouquets more your style? I love an abundance of flowers (probably because I didn't actually have flowers at my winter wedding) but this bride wanted small so we shrunk the bouquet. What is your preference?

What is your shoe vibe? The last of my best friends is getting married this weekend. We've decided to pull out all our bridesmaids shoes and compare them. I went with the sparkly heels, my sister-in-law picked the converse, and my best friend choose cowboy boots!

Have you seem this before?! If you put white flowers into food colored water the flowers will change colors. I've heard of it before but had never seen it in action! Pretty cool!

Out with the old flowers and in with the new! Eau Claire's Farmers Market has some of the best flowers. A bride could build a whole wedding around them! If they were brave enough to wait until the day of to purchase!

I'm in a wedding in August and last weekend we celebrated the Bride at Belle Vinez Vineyard & Winery. It was an absolutely gorgeous setting and the wine was good too! So excited for this wedding!
