We hosted Business After Hours for the Edenton-Chowan Chamber of Commerce. Of course we talked business (where does Edenton go from here; what new developments are headed to town, where did you go on vacation, etc.) but the hit of the evening was Leslie Lippincott's mocktails. Guests couldn't get enough. And, then there's John Morehead's ability to recount details about people he just met. Awesome! We had a lot of fun.

We have been pacing ourselves while staying busy. The Venue welcomes a complete transformation to meet the needs of our guests. The Harriet Jacobs Project participants were women of note from throughout the United States. They enjoyed our upscale environment in which to rest and network after taking in our lovely town. The Venue hosted a luncheon on the green along with opportunities for acupuncture and foot massages. Oh what a day!
