2024 Edgewood's Holiday Market & Parade featured Vendor for Dec 14th:

We had the pleasure of showcasing this young man's creativity at another local event and his adorable creations flew outta his booth faster than he could unpack them. We are so excited that he is going to join us again for our Holiday event. He has his crocheted animals and items in several local business and does custom orders as well. So stop by and get that special someone a unique gift for Christmas.

New this year is a booth that will have your vehicles and your rugs and carpets smelling good for Christmas time. Wild Willow Freshies will have their booth stocked full of all their smell goods. (Which make great Secret Santa, Stocking Stuffers and Teacher gifts....or just treat yourself to one or three of them.)

If you have been to any of the other recent Edgewood events then you have seen these delicious twisted knots floating around in everyone's hands. Baked fresh inside her food trailer, these savory and sweet treats are a fan favorite!!!

New this year to the Market is Palmers Designs. This booth offers a variety of custom prints on just about anything. She will have a selection of Holiday prints available, as well as other Holiday items for purchase at her booth. Keychains, socks, wind spinners, Santa bags, magnets and more.

It's getting closer to the cut off date for Vendor Sign-ups.

If you a returning vendor or new one and haven't filled out your form yet, please do so as soon as possible for placement on the market map. Sign-up form link for Vendor and Parade Float entry below.

We have a good variety of food vendors, boutique booths, crocheted items, freshies, shirts and tumblers and now we are looking to fill the remaining few spaces with unique items. Below is a sample list of what we are searching for. Please tag anyone you know, who may sell the items below, that may be available on Dec 14th for a booth spot.

ATTENTION: Edgewood's Holiday Market Vendors that have signed up......

You should receive a confirmation email sometime today. Some of you have already received one. Once you recieve your confirmation email, (or a new email request for advertising pics), please send us a logo and a few pics of your items for purchase so we can begin promoting all of our vendors. Include any website info or contact info you'd like to share with the public.

At this time we have all Food Truck Vendor and Boutique styled booth spots spoken for. We will post another post later today searching for specific vendors to fill the remaining spots. Be on the look out for that and tag anyone you may know who fits what we are looking for.

All of our available food vendor/food truck spots for our Holiday Market have been spoken for as of this post. We will announce them all soon.

We still have a few Market vendor spots available so sign up today!!! We will also make a post of what we are looking for and what booths have signed up as well.

Parade spots are available up until the day before the parade. Last minute entries must contact us prior to parade time to be entered. There are no entry fees for the light up Holiday Parade.

This year our parade theme is Christmas Movies!!!! Your float can be any Holiday Themed Movie and yes, as we have said "Die Hard" is a Christmas Classic. Lol.

Please make sure your float is family friendly!!!!

We have made one form for both the Market and Parade. Please answer all questions before you submit. If you do not recieve a confirmation email within 3 days of submitting, please reach out to one of us. We will try to keep an eye on the form submissions and send confirmations as soon as we check the completed forms. We will also be sending out emails with this link to past and returning Vendors/Parade Entries that we have on file.

A Google Sign up form for the Edgewood Holiday Market and Parade is now up, so be on the look out for that.

Just a PSA.....We will never ask for money up front. We always collect booth/vendor fees the day of the event in person. If anyone reaches out claiming to be us and asking for money they are a scammer.

Well, if you haven't guessed it yet by our profile picture change, this year's theme will be "All Things Christmas Movies"

Now before you guys get all Grinchy on us, it was technically "Christmas in July" yesterday, on the 25th, which means we now have 152 days until it's Christmas morning!!!

We are excited to get started on planning our 3rd annual Holiday Market and *Parade.

We are currently looking at calendar dates to see which ones are open and do not conflict with other local events. A date for this event, will be announce as soon as it gets approved and set.
