Today we’d like to take a moment and shout out the unspoken heroes of Harford Sound, our incredible warehouse staff. Without their hard work and consistent attention to detail, we would not be able to accomplish everything we do in the field. These guys work long hours checking gear in and out, loading trucks and making sure our techs have everything they need to succeed. So, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you for everything you do!

While we’ve been enjoying our 20 Year Anniversary celebration, we also have to shout out our good friends in alltimelow! They too have been celebrating 20 years as a band, and we were so excited to help support them in the final installment of at Merriweather Post Pavilion.

We supplied a complete d&b audiotechnik system consisting of KSL mains with flown KSL subs, and V8 outfills. B22’s provided low end support on the ground. This nearly sold out show was the band’s largest headliner to date, and the KSL system effortlessly provided seamless coverage to the entire audience.

We wish the band continued success in their careers, and we can’t wait for our next gig together!

On this month's of Harford Sound, we take a look back at one of our favorite local gigs, the "Bel Air Bash." It was a monthly concert series put on by a group of amazing local music loving volunteers. The Bash featured a magnitude of local talent over the course of its life, including some now nationally known artists. It was nothing more than a church gym in Bel Air, but each month we would transform the space for hundreds of kids to pack the room and watch their favorite local bands perform.

For Harford Sound, it was a place to learn. Learning how to run a multi band show, learning how to do concert lighting, learning how to get every bit out of the speakers we had without blowing them up. As we could afford new gear, we'd figure out how to implement it into the existing system. As we learned new skills, we'd test them out. The combination of all of this lead to an incredible experience for everyone involved.

And this just touches on the importance of the Bel Air Bash to this company. It will forever hold a soft spot in our hearts and the skills learned from this event still carry over to how we operate today.
