Good morning everyone I just wanted to share my personal experience this past weekend with RC ENTERTAINMENT a local DJ from Weslaco Tx. I am a professional Wedding and Event coordinator and I have worked many events. I also believe that a couples wedding day is a very special day for them and their families. I must share with you my past recent experience with RC Entertainment. Very unprofessional and rude. Contract not completely honored and has yet to call customer to offer any refund and compensation for the horrible services. Specifically he did not arrive to the Wedding site till 30 minutes before guest arrived. Didn’t even know if there was going to be enough power for all of his equipment. A professional DJ always sets up early to make all is in working order. I asked him to set up early to test all equipment and he said he would arrive at 2 pm. Did not respect our request for set up times. Never met with couple to discuss type of music to play for their guest and what not to play. Did not bring the MR & MRS LED letters that the customer had paid for. His set up was disgusting for the amount of money he charged. I felt bad for the couple and their family since they had put so much of their time in to make their wedding beautiful and to have RC ENTERTAINMENT come and just ruin it for them. I as a professional wedding planner do not and would never recommend them ever to anyone. Carlos showed no remorse or even felt bad for what he had done and on the contrary he would get rude, defensive and raise his voice towards me. Did not even apologize to the couple at all. So please just a suggestion and a piece of advice when choosing a DJ please ask around about their services and other experiences. Don’t let pictures fool you. Again in the years of me being a professional Event Coordinator I have never written a bad review till now. I don’t want anyone else to experience what this beautiful couple and I experienced. Don’t throw your money away. I hope my personal review will help many others make a smart decision. Thank you and God Bless!
