Good morning everyone! This week due to Labor Day I am doing the menu for Thursday 9/5 & Friday 9/6. Got some requests for food this week so hope y'all enjoy! Bringing back the Classic Italian Lasagna and Carne Guisada this week.

Good afternoon everyone! I will be closing orders for plates for Tuesday at 3pm today. Orders for Friday will be open till 3 pm on Thursday. Thank you and have a great week!

Here's the lunch menu for this upcoming week Tuesday 7/23 & Friday 7/26. Taking pre-orders now and I will respond as soon as possible. There will be a delivery fee of $3 for single plate orders. Orders of 2 or more plates will be delivered for FREE. Delivery starts after 11 am and times for drop-off can be discussed upon ordering.

For now I am doing a limit of 50 plates a day so place those orders ASAP! Looking forward to cooking for you all 👨🏼‍🍳

Hello everyone! My name is Alec and I am a local chef here in Edinburg, TX. I am excited to introduce to you "Chef Alec's Private Events & Catering". My mission is to feed anyone with an appetite for quality meals inspired by our local growing seasons. I use and support our local farmers and community as much as possible. Gourmet plates for lunch will be available on Tuesdays & Fridays. I will post a weekly menu for pre-orders. You can preorder your lunch plates through this page, by text, or through my instagram and they will be delivered to you directly.
