📝Event Tip📝

It is so important to do a site visit. You always want to make sure you are checking the venue not only for space concerns but even making sure you check for any unknown damages or safety concerns that can harm you or your guests.

If a space is too small or too large there are things you can consider:

Space is too small:
1. Use narrower chairs
2. Use rectangular tables vs. circle
3. Consider using two rooms one for dinner and one for dancing if possible
4. Consider having the bar outside

Space too large:
1. Consider an oversized bar
2. Create a lounge
3. Don’t spread table too far apart
4. Enlarge/expand dance floor

When you’re late to start planning, you may not have the time and therefore foresight to ensure the event decisions you’re making are in line with your event’s purpose. Not only are your decisions hurried and possibly aimless, but your options will become limited.
