The catering business first caught our interest when we noticed the detailed process of capturing not only the perfect taste; but also swooning thousands of people with the presentation and planning of an event. Since then Moghul Catering has been delighting guests with it's culinary preparations, presentation, innovation, service and quality. We have taken it upon ourselves to popularize Indian food and take it mainstream in the USA. Our group aspires to have Indian fine dining restaurants in all the major cities of America. Currently we have two locations - in New Jersey and Atlanta. We are also rolling out our expansion plan for Mithaas chain of restaurants outside New Jersey where we currently have three restaurants, and will soon open many more outlets across the country serving Indian fast casual quality food, that is affordable for the common man. Our upcoming newest venture, Papa Pancho, will serve brick oven Italian pizzas with Indian ingredients and toppings. We have intentionally ventured outside the traditional Indian cuisine this time. Our existing restaurants serve the traditional Indian fare. Looking at the growing demand for Indian food in America, we wanted to do something out of the box that was Indian, yet for the masses, which would be appreciated by the natives and the Americans, young and old, was hip, and could be enjoyed on the go. And pizza fit the bill perfectly! With growing diversity of food opportunity, we hope to see an Indian eating options widely available all across the country, just like Chinese food is in the USA today!
