📢 Attention Exhibitors: Key Event Timeline Details! 📢

The Oklahoma Bridal Show is almost here, and we want to make sure you're fully prepared! Below is an excerpt from the full Exhibitor Information Packet, which can be accessed inside the Vendor Portal on theoklahomabridalshow.com. 🗓 Important Dates to Remember:
✅ January 30 – Food sampling forms due
✅ January 31 – All exhibitor fees due
✅ February 1 – Tote bag inserts due
✅ February 8 – Exhibitor Load-In (4PM-7PM)
✅ February 9 – Booth Setup (8AM-11AM)
✅ February 9 – Show Opens! VIP Early Access: 12PM | General Admission: 1PM
✅ February 9 – Fashion Show at 2:30PM
✅ February 9 – Booth Load-Out (4PM-7PM)

⚠️ Important Notes:
➡️ All exhibitors must be fully set up by 11:45AM on February 9 to be ready when VIP Early Access Brides enter at 12PM. This is a key selling point of the show, giving select brides an exclusive first look at vendors—make sure your booth is ready to impress!

➡️ Load-in is highly recommended on February 8 to avoid congestion on show day.

➡️ Exhibitors who have not started setup by 10AM on February 9 may forfeit their booth placement at the discretion of event staff.

It is with both heartfelt remembrance and yet hopeful optimism that I reach out to you today. As some of you may know Sharlene Monier lost her loving husband, Ken Monier, on December 23rd, 2024. As co-owner and a guiding spirit of OKBride, he built this company with passion, vision, and an unwavering commitment to creating unforgettable wedding experiences. Ken’s recent passing has left a profound void in our hearts and within the wedding planning industry.

Ken Monier was more than just a leader and friend; he was a dreamer and a doer, someone who believed in love stories and celebrated the beauty of union. He dedicated himself to making OKBride a trusted name for couples embarking on their forever journeys. While we deeply mourn this loss, we also honor his legacy by continuing the mission he and Sharlene held so dear…

My name is Shelley Davison for some of you who may not know, and I am deeply honored to be entrusted with this incredible company. It is with great respect and humility that I step into the role of leading OKBride forward.

As I take on this responsibility, I am inspired by the foundation that has been laid and filled with excitement for the possibilities that lie ahead. Looking toward 2025 and beyond, I am committed to building on the legacy of OKBride.

Expanding our offerings to include new and personalized tools for couples, making wedding planning even more seamless and enjoyable.

Strengthening Community:
Continuing to foster strong relationships with our vendors, partners, and clients to ensure OKBride remains a cornerstone of trust and excellence.

Reaching more couples nationwide and beyond, ensuring every love story has access to the exceptional resources they deserve.

With these commitments in mind and with respect to Sharlene Monier during this difficult time we are postponing our January 12, 2025 show by 4 weeks to February 9, 2025.
I believe this is in the best interest of everyone involved and will ensure a successful show for all our vendors and the OKBride family.

I am excited to share more about our future plans in the coming weeks and invite you to be part of this journey. Together, we will honor the past while embracing the future with open hearts and bold ambitions. Thank you for your continued support, trust, and belief in OKBride.
