What is your standard service area? We currently operate in the Greater OKC Metropolitan area and some surroun
ding counties. Send us your location through our contact page for service area confirmation. When available, bookings outside of our standard service area are assessed a mileage surcharge of $1.80 per mile, round trip. How many players can play at once? A Game Truck features 16 player stations inside. When good weather permits, we have 8 additional outdoor bonus player stations. Depending on the games chosen, all 16 to 24 stations can be linked for simultaneous play. Not all video games have multi-player options. What do parents do during the party? Adults are free to join in the fun, but no adult supervision is required! Each party is hosted by a Beast Mode specialist whose job is to share expert gaming tips, motivate, and supervise the play. Is there an age limit? If you love to play video games just join! We welcome players of all ages; however, players 6 years and under must be accompanied by at least one (1) adult or the game coach while inside the theater. What games do you provide? Game On has the latest games from: Halo, Call of Duty, Mario Kart, Sonic, Minecraft, NBA, Just Dance, and much more! We will coordinate what games you desire to play. Just let us know what you are looking for and we can usually accommodate your request. While Game On is careful to monitor M and/or Teen rated games, it is ultimately the parent’s (or party host’s) responsibility to make sure a child is not playing a game that the parent does not approve of. How can I book a party/event? Simply go to our online booking reservation website http://beastmodeparties.fullslate.com/ . When internet access is not available, feel free to give us a ring at 918-804-GAME. How do I pay for an event? You may pay for your event with a MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Cash. Credit card payment must be presented with a valid ID upon our arrival before the event can start. We cannot process credit card payments without the physical card present for payment. Events will not start until proper payment is received and verified. What is your refund/cancellation policy? There is a $75 non refundable reservation fee. No shows: when Game On arrives to deliver our service and you are not at the delivery address, you will be charged for the full event. There are no refunds for services performed. If we are unable to deliver service, there is no charge. Can I bring food and or drinks into the theater? With exception to plain BOTTLED WATER, no food or drinks are permitted inside the Game Truck. How much parking space is needed? The Game Theater and hauling truck requires approximately 65 feet of space (about 6 parking spaces). The theater and truck, while they may block your driveway, will fit in front of most residential homes. What about bad weather? Game On was designed for all weather temperatures. The theater is insulated and climate controlled. We are typically able to provide our services year round. However, in the event of severe weather (ice and snow storms, high winds, lightening, thunder, flooding and/or heavy rains), we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment. Who operates the Game Theater? Game On is operated by a trained Beast Mode Specialist. Beast Mode specialists are responsible for delivering and staging the theater for play, managing the participants and game play, and maintaining a fun, exciting atmosphere. Is it appropriate to tip the Beast Mode Specialists? While tipping is NOT REQUIRED (or expected), we do allow tipping when you feel it may be appropriate! Is it okay to serve alcohol at a Game On hosted party or event? You may serve alcohol at a Game On hosted party or event; however, we may require an on-site security surcharge and/or security deposit when alcohol is being served. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or cut short any party or booking when alcohol is being served. The sole objective of this policy is to protect the customers, employees and assets of Game On Party Truck. We welcome any questions, comments or concerns regarding this policy to ensure that our services are a good fit for your party or event. Keep in mind that only bottled water is permitted inside a Game Theater. All other beverages and food must be consumed outside of the theater.
