Quick story: I came home from work one day, about 10 years ago, and my husband told me that he had bought a boat - I lost it!
"A boat, what are you thinking, we don't even live anywhere near any water - we don't have extra money to spend on a BOAT!?!?!?!?"
IT WAS A SUSHI BOAT - he had found it on the classifieds for like $15.......
He is amazing at preparing sushi - and he plans to share his knowledge with our class being offered on Saturday, January 18th!
Learn to make it at home, start with a glass of bubbles and stay to learn the basics of sushi rice and rolls - THEN enjoy your sushi dinner (followed by Mountain Flour Mango Sorbet!) with friends and classmates!

Nerdy chef fun fact for the day:
Pâte à choux is a classic French dough that's used to make a wide range of pastries, from cream puffs to éclairs to cheesy gougères and more. Choux (pronounced like “shoe”) means cabbages in French; the baked puffs resemble small cabbages.

Happy new year! We're open for about another 45 minutes if you need something last minute tonight, but really what you should think about is swinging by tomorrow we are open from noon until six, get some game day treats and and be lazy! visit us at 318 Broadway for take-home meals, lots of snacks, chili, tomato soup, ribs, barbecue brisket, tons of hors d'oeuvres, and tons of great cheeses and meats. Not to mention some hand selected beverages and lots of great NA options too

We are open today until 6 o'clock and then again from noon until six tomorrow, it's not just about take home dinners we've got breakfast items too! Homemade cinnamon, pecan coffee, cake, egg, muffins, egg, casseroles, French toast, casserole, banana, bread, lemon bread!
