Well, it’s this kind of a week , I will be relaxing feeding my fish and enjoying my time off this week , No public events. Please get your tickets for Valenzano Winery Festival as soon as possible. They are filling up fast. We hope to feed you Saturday and Sunday at the festival on the 21 and 22 all our Italian specialties , OK well not all of them most of them 😂 thank so much for all your recommendations for Catering. We look forward to all the fall catering that is going to happen and all the fall events. We look forward to serving you at them. I will let you know about more open public events coming soon ! I’ll be working in my outside office today if anybody needs me 🥰 this is how I keep my peace and tranquility by watching our fish 🐠 swim .My husband built it so if anybody wants one contact me, he is a contractor. This was one of his dreams that he finally made a real reality , he will build one for you too if you want it .

This is why I love serving these special ER employees every year , they are just awesome 👏 👏👏👏they were so happy I was there to feed them lol 😂 😀 @ Virtua Willingboro Hospital my last of the six , ER departments that we served are stuffed grilled cheeses and mac & cheese, drinks, and cookies for their Christmas employee appreciation. Thank you Melony from Virtua Voorhees Emergency Department for organizing, supporting and treating all them !
It’s time to make my fresh peach pie , you can have this at your catering event , it smells so good , just like my mama used to make ! If you have extra peaches get some filo dough , pie dough or crescent dough to make all kinds of peach goodies for your family , all you need is cinnamon and brown sugar . I put some almond extract in there too and nutmeg a little water then just slow cook them off till kinda soft 🥰 so good over vanilla bean ice cream no dough necessary for my gluten free customers. I use the same ingredients for apple pie to !

Yes I said roasted a more healthy wing you will have a choice of creamy buffalo ranch wings or our Honey Garlic bbq wings they will be freshly warmed on the grill and tossed in your sauce , add them to your fall catering menu and special events this year !!

Of course we make fresh desserts we’re a diner lol . I wish you can smell the fresh peeled gala apples , cinnamon and other spices , I can’t tell you all of them it’s a family recipe. I leave my chefs to make the cookies, cakes , cupcakes and brownies. I can only make the pies 🥧 I really don’t like baking so I can only put love in the pies because that’s what I grew up eating . During the season we make very large square pans of pies for catering so keep it in mind if you book us for catering all our desserts are fresh made with love ❤️We will be adding our desserts to the menu at events also this year !
