💪🍺🏈🧑‍🚒 - This Sunday marks the kickoff of Octoberstache, and let’s just say… things are about to get hairy. They're starting their month long fundraiser this Sunday with TWO amazing events to get you sweating, laughing, and supporting a great cause!

Event 1: Hardcore Fitness El Cajon Workout 💪🔥
Start your Sunday right with an 8AM workout at Hardcore Fitness El Cajon alongside our very own Heartland Fire & Rescue firefighters! For just $20, you’ll get a killer workout (and some firefighter camaraderie) with 100% of the proceeds supporting the De Guzman family, whose 2-year-old daughter Claire is bravely fighting stage 4 cancer. 💛 Every squat, push-up, and burpee will make a difference!

Event 2: Eastbound Bar & Grill Party 🎉
After your workout, it’s time to refuel and relax at Eastbound Bar & Grill from 1PM-6PM. Hang out with our firefighters (and their glorious mustaches), enjoy delicious food and drinks, catch some football, and enter our opportunity drawing for awesome prizes. Eastbound is even donating a portion of sales to the Octoberstache fund!

🎸🎶 The Heat is on – But So Is the Concert!
𝑫𝑬𝑳𝑨𝒀𝑬𝑫 𝑺𝑻𝑨𝑹𝑻 𝑻𝑰𝑴𝑬

The first Friday of September is looking to be steamier than a pumpkin spiced latte, but that’s not stopping us from rocking out at Dinner and a Concert! 🕺💃

Here’s the deal: Mother Nature decided to crank up the heat, so we’re giving her a cool-down period. Instead of our usual 6 PM start, we’re pushing things back just 65 minutes to let the sun take a breather. That means the music will kick off at 7:05 PM, right at sunset – when things start to sizzle in the best way possible! 🌇🎶

So grab your dancing shoes, bring the family, and come ready to party – just a little later than planned. We promise the tunes will be worth the wait, and the night will be cooler (literally)! 😎🎤

Stay hydrated, stay cool, and we’ll see you at the Dinner and a Concert tomorrow. You’ll still have plenty of time to eat, groove, and have a blast with us!
