Did a little chicken practice. Flavor was on point but need to thin the sauce a bit more and let them go a tad longer. Some of the skins didn't have a clean bite through.

Hit it up with some of best rubs from the brother over . In my opinion some of the most underrated rubs in this saturated market!!!!!

There's one seasoning I won't tell y'all I put on it but Jesse already know lol.

For real this meat was amazing.

WAGYU ANYONE!!
Stopped by for that . Picked up few rib eyes and a tri tip! Also had to grab a few of the brother Jesse over rubs. I had to get that peach rub for a recipes I have floating in my brain.
if you're in the area this place is a must stop and now they have wagyu meat!!!! I might just move in lol.
I was also eyeballing that
