RENTAL POLICIES:
1) Costumes must be returned within a week.
2) Costumes may NOT be cut, dyed, painted or permanently altered without written permission from Elan Fashionette. Tape, iron-on bonding web, glue or any other type of adhesives may NOT be used on costumes. All alterations must be sewn by hand only.
3) All alterations mus

t be done by hand only. SECURITY DEPOSIT AND REFUNDS:
1) All rentals require a security deposit to be paid at the time of the rental.
2) Deposits will be credited towards your final charges when the rental is complete.
3) There are NO REFUNDS for cancelled costumes.
4) Damage charges of $20 and up will be assessed for damages.
5) Lost costumes will be assessed a lost costume fee of $50 and up. SHIPPING & RETURNS
1) We ship all over United States
2) All shipping charges are paid by customer. Costumes will be shipped only if complete payment is received. There will be a $5 late fee, per day, per costume if the costumes are not received within a week.
