Premiere Promotions started in 1986 in Biloxi, MS by Jan Watts. It has evolved through many stages. Jan Watts started Premiere Promotions in Biloxi in 1986.

The first office sat right on the beach. Premiere Promotions first project was a direct mailer, then roof top balloons and search lights for special events. Along came costumed characters and clowns. Premiere Promotions booked out singers and bands. Sponsored the Wichita Riverfest Talent Contest for 2003. It's now doing online music contests and producing Faith in Action Concerts to raise money for different causes.
