Lately I've been into creating simple dishes, much fewer ingredients than what I used to cook with. Less subtle flavors, but a "cleaner" taste.

Chicken Cauliflower Curry

1 1/2 lb Chicken Breast (Sliced)
1 lb Frozen Cauliflower
3 Tbl Butter
1/2 cup Milk
4 Tbl Curry Powder (Yellow)
2 Tbl Onion Powder
1/2 Tbl Salt
1/2 Tbl Black Pepper

Cook all together. Serve over rice.

Cinnamon Carrot Salad

1 lb Carrots Shredded (Don't buy shredded carrots, do it yourself)
1/4 Green Cabbage (Thin slices)
2 Green Apples (Thin slices)
3 Tbl Sugar
1 Tbl Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ground Clover
1 tsp Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/4 Tbl Salt
2 Tbl Lemon Juice

Toss it all together.

It's a little sweet and a little spicy and very healthy.
