In order to be officially booked with me you must sign the contract and make payment. This is a MUST! I will not even work on your sign unless you’re officially booked. Please understand both contract and form of payment is your commitment. For those that have booked with me also know I communicate this well. I will always send a picture of the sign before I come out. It’s up to you to get payment and contract done in a timely manner.

We will be closed May 23rd through May 26th for the holiday. If you’re needing to book before or after please don’t wait to book. I do ask for three days minimum in advance to ensure booking. I wanted to say I appreciate all your continued business. I need everyone to please follow the contract please. If you have your yard mowed by contractors, please make arrangements that they come before the signs get set up. They CANNOT mow or weedeat around them. The signs can be damaged and or diminished easily. There will be an extra $25.00 cleaning fee if there’s grass, mud, dirt thrown on them from a mower. If the signs get damaged or stolen it’s the responsibility of the one that booked to pay in full the damaged sign. I hate when accidents happen but if you follow the contract rules there won’t be anything to dispute. I hate losing customers and business over my contract but my time and signs are valuable. The signs are not cheap and I hope everyone understands why there’s a contract in place. I just politely ask you all to follow it. Thank you.
