In our anxious world, it seems more and more challenging to live in the moment. Mindfulness is a practice of slowing down and being in the present. It's an exercise in acceptance.

Meditation and reflection tools are really helpful in helping to build mindful awareness and draw is into the present. Breathing is one the keys to this practice.
