5-hour day-of-coordination
One in person or video meeting prior to your big day
Make detailed day-of itinerary and distribute it to all vendors
Keep all vendors on track throughout the duration set-up and the ceremony
Make sure all guests are seated in a timely manner to begin the ceremony on time
*Does not include venue setup of ANY type, this package is strictly coordinating vendors and guests the day-of.
*A 60-minute rehearsal is NOT included but can be added for an additional $150
Pearl Package (Pricing starts at $750): up to 150 Guests
8-hour day-of-coordination
Two in person or video meetings prior to your big day
Make a detailed day-of itinerary and distribute it to all vendors
Basic venue set-up - includes setting tabletop items, not the moving of any tables, chairs or large items
Conduct a 60-minute rehearsal
Direct the caterer, florist, photographer and cake decorator to their respective places. Gather and arrange all necessary parties for formal portraits with the photographer
Ensure all food is properly warmed, stored or set out before the ceremony begins. Cue the musicians/DJ to begin playing music
Cue the processional and the accompanying music. After the ceremony, the coordinator will direct guests to the reception venue. Help direct clean-up and disassembling of items and decorations at the ceremony before attending the reception. Direct the DJ/band on timing for the arrival and announcement of the Couple. Ensure that the marriage license is correctly signed and safely stowed. Help cue the DJ/Band for toasts, the cutting of the cake, the bouquet/garter toss and the first dances. Direct guests with dietary restrictions to the proper areas or meals. Diamond Package (Pricing starts at $1,500): Unlimited guest count
10-hour day-of-coordination - additional hours can be added at $50/hr

Full Venue set-up
One lead coordinator and two assistant coordinators
Make sure all guests are seated in a timely manner to begin the ceremony on time
Conduct a 60-minute rehearsal
Keep everyone on track throughout the duration of set-up, the ceremony and the reception
Gather and arrange all necessary parties for formal portraits with the photographer
Facilitate the โfirst lookโ
Ensure all food is properly warmed, stored or set out before the ceremony begins. Cue the musicians/DJ to begin playing music no later than {time}. Help guests with questions and arrange for signage regarding the guest book, programs and bathrooms. Check for the proper placement of programs, readings, vows, rings and sheet music. Direct guests to the reception venue. Direct guests to proper table numbers, seating and activities at the reception. Help coordinate transportation for the Couple and time it with any end-of-the-night ceremonies at {time}, including sparklers, bubbles, confetti, etc. Help direct clean-up no later than {time}.
*We are based out of Elizabeth City, NC and serve the areas of Outer Banks, NC and Hampton Roads, VA. We are willing to travel however a travel fee of $ 0.50/mile will be added to any locations 50 miles past Elizabeth City, NC. A la carte services and extras include the following:
Ceremony Rehearsal Service โ a practice run-through for the wedding party and family. Additional wedding day coordinators on-site day-of
Out-of-town guest bags โ assembly and delivery. Assembly and packaging of wedding favors. Gift transport and delivery. DIY Projects
Assistance in assembling and sending out wedding invitations. Help with the sourcing of paper items such as invitations/agendas/menus (no design).
