Omlettes or “dippy eggs” made to order by our Chef right in front of your eyes!! Sausage, bacon, two types of breakfast potatoes, belgium waffles, french toast sticks and pancakes (with your choice of hot syrup, strawberries and whipped cream) are only the beginning of the scrumptious buffet! It is with a heavy heart that we say goodbye to Officer Eli. Our deepest condolences to Dan and to all the family and friends that Eli made along his journey. We truly Thank You for your service to this community and pray that God grant comfort and strenght to those who loved you.

It is was extreme sadness and a heavy heart we announce K9 “ELI” passed away today following a K9 demonstration.

K9 Eli started police service with Elizabeth Township Police Department in 2016 and has had hundreds of apprehensions and seizures since that time. In that same time, he has touched thousands of hearts.

Eli and handler Ofc. Novacek served our community and surrounding communities proudly and our hearts are heavy.

Eli will be escorted from Valley Vetenarian Hospital to Gilbert’s Funeral Home in Boston, PA at 1:15 today. We invite community members to line Rt 48 in honor of this brave selfless dog, who dedicated his life to public service and community outreach.

A formal memorial service will be announced later in the week.
