Join us for a "SOFT LIFE" experience while exploring the particulars of Women's Self-defense and Protection. This meetup, hosted at The Haycraft on May 31st, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, will feature hands-on Brazilian Jiu-jitsu training from Josh Johnson, Owner of E-town Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Kickboxing, and an insightful Self-Protection presentation from KiOwana Phillips, owner of One Shot Fi****ms Academy.

Come network with other women in the community and participate in interactive discussions. Refreshments will be provided by Harlow The Juice Bar.

We are SO excited to celebrate World Down Syndrome Day (WDSD) this Friday, 3/21!! Make sure you get your crazy socks out tomorrow ready to rock on Friday and we would LOVE to see them!! Tag us Down Syndrome Association of the Heartland and use some fun hashtags too!!!
