Just a reminder that graduation is coming up in less than a week! If you need balloons for graduation, you’re running out of time and were running out of balloons!

We will do what we can for walk in orders on Friday and Saturday, but there are definitely no guarantees!

We can continue taking food orders for graduation through Thursday.

Monday will be the very last day to order anything more than bouquets (arches, garlands, and columns).

If you’ve got an order in and it’s not paid for, we need payment by Wednesday unless we’ve already made order arrangements. We will not start building your arches/garlands before it’s paid for.

With Graduation coming up we thought we’d offer a sweet deal on 40” number/letter balloons to write out “2023” or ”GRAD”. Get the set of 4 HUGE balloons for $40, including helium!!! This is a savings of about $25!!!

We have so many different colors (all colors are not pictured) for the numbers, and letters in gold and silver!

We’ve also got many varieties of other graduation balloons (there’s a small selection of them pictured below, I don’t know what I was doing when I thought I was taking pictures of the other balloons), great deals on arches, columns, and garlands, as well as amazing deals on food for your graduation party!

Time is running short, so get your orders in so we can plan appropriately!!! You are more than welcome to print up the order form and fill it out and drop it off, message it to us, etc! Orders are due a week prior to graduation, otherwise we can’t guarantee that we can get it done!

It's officially official! We're up and running for balloons at XP Gaming & Cafe! We're still getting everything organized in a different way, but it's functional!

Here's how it works- you come into the cafe, and you tell one of my employees that you would like to get some balloons. Khryslyn will take care of you! Walk in orders can only be taken during the walk in times, however, we can work with scheduled pickups! Just give us a call or shoot us a message and we can work out all of the details!

We are officially (technically) closed. However, we will be in the store packing everything up, and we’ll keep the cash register functional until the very last minute!
This means that over the next week (maybe 2!) you can still come in and get some excellent deals on party supplies! Everything in the store will be 75% off, but it will be getting packed up and moved out. We also will not be taking the time to respond to Facebook messages and phone calls regarding what we’ve got in the store. We’ve got too much to do in too short of time. If you’re curious, stop in!
At a minimum, we’ll be open next week from 11a-2p Tuesday through Saturday, with plans for staying open until 6 if possible.
We’ve also got the following for sale-
4’ x 84” retail shelving- $200 each. Can be set up against a wall or free standing.
3’x 84” end caps- $100 each
Counters- $100 each
Large lighted outside sign- $1000 (originally $3000)- you would need to remove or hire someone to remove. It’s the sign over our front door
Filing cabinets- $30 each
Hanging two sided felt signs and letters- $140 for the lot (there’s 9-10 signs and tons of letters)
Helium tank valves- $50 each
20” clear plastic balloons with stick and led lights (you inflate with air and wrap the lights around the balloons, usually cost $20 each at fair and festivals- $10 per 5 sets
Boxes of high quality fake flowers- $150 for them all
Bolts and rolls of tulle- $50

We helped out with an arch today at the Stage Door, kind of as a last hurrah before closing! I forgot how much I love doing balloons…. As well as how painful it can be to tie 200+ balloons in one sitting!!!

But, although this is goodbye for Have A Ball, we will continue the wonderful balloon fun over at XP shortly after the New Year!!! We’ll have specific hours set for walk in customers, order pick up, etc…because, as a restaurant and coffee shop, it would be painful for both us and the customer to have a a bunch of balloons to do during the lunch rush. So we’re planning things, working out kinks, etc. All I know for sure is that it’s going to be great!!!

Thank you for your support over the last 6 years. It’s been great, and we’re pretty sad to be closing.

On a positive note, we’re working on a way to be able to do balloons from XP Gaming & Cafe. It’s going to take a little work, but we want to still be able to provide at least that to Elko, along with some great birthday packages at the cafe, so you can come and have your party as a complete package- space, food, decor, activities.
