We shared the US National Weather Service Peachtree City Georgia rainy days forecast with you a few days ago. It looks like they meant what they said...

WHAT:
A series of weather systems are forecast to translate across the Southeast resulting in waves of moderate to heavy rainfall. There is a low chance of scattered thunderstorms on Wednesday and Thursday afternoon but the risk for severe weather remains low at this time.

WHERE & WHEN:
Areas along and north of the I-20 corridor will generally see higher rainfall totals. But most locations will receive some amount of rain by Friday.
Moderate to heavy rainfall will occur Tuesday through Thursday.

IMPACTS:
Flooding is a growing concern particularly for the end of the week through the weekend.

WPC maintains a Slight Risk (Level 2 out of 4) of heavy rainfall on both Tuesday and Wednesday Rises to rivers, creeks, and streams are expected. Isolated flash flooding is also possible especially if thunderstorms do develop and train over an area.
