Hey y'all!!!! I've got four 24oz containers of curry chicken salad left from our catering job. Let me know if you're interested and I'll have them with me Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, at my week day job, Zatopek's Pediatric Dentistry, for quick pick-up. $10 each. First come, first serve.

Ingredients: Roasted chicken breast, celery, golden raisins, roasted cashews, mayo, curry, seasonings, garlic, parsley and butter. Yeah, it's good!!!!!

We were blessed to be able to cater the tea sandwiches for a 100th birthday high tea celebration today.

85 cucumber & cream cheese on white bread
85 smoked pimento cheese with pecans on wheat bread

We were blessed to have 2 catering jobs today. I'm super thankful for tons of help from my girls and my Mom. 💜Working girl's day💜

1st was a lunch. We served chicken salad sandwiches with lettuce and tomato on big croissants, Greek pasta salad, fruit salad with apricot glaze and Sopapilla cheesecake with bottled water for 25 ladies. All packed up in brown paper bags, ready to grab & eat.
(I'm totally bummed I forgot to take pictures of the sandwiches and the final product in the bags. Just know they were so cute and the sandwiches were big, loaded croissants, the picture below is shown for reference)

2nd was a memorial gathering. We served Spinach-artichoke dip, pita chips, cheese tortellini pasta salad, Cuban sammie bites, banana pudding and chocolate cherry cake with unsweet tea and bottled water for 50 people.

We had the absolute pleasure of catering for Woven Ministry Saturday and the 80 beautiful women who attended the conference this weekend. We were blessed to be able to stay the whole weekend and enjoy the fellowship, praise & worship and awesome words from the amazing speaker. We were blessed beyond measure and I'm so thankful for this time with my girl, right-hand woman, daughter and friend, Isabel.
