Lunch Specials Week of Feb 24th. We will be open from 11am - 3 pm. We will offer daily lunch specials, Bierocks, Soup of the week, Green bean and dumpling, desserts, and we also have a freezer packed full of meal prep items. We have our salad bar daily, with fresh salad and toppings. Call for to go orders, stop by or message to pre order. 785-737-8134. 1007 Washington St Ellis.

Meal prep items that are available will be:
Lasagna, Beef enchiladas, Chicken Pot Pie, Hot Beef Casserole Breadsticks, Long John Donuts w maple icing, breakfast burritos, and chicken noodle soup by the quart.

Starting Monday Febrary 24th. Lunch Specials Available Daily: 11am-2pm. Monday- Friday. Takeout only. Please comment, call, or stop by to place your order. When you arrive you can make your own salad, or if you wanted a special, I would get it ready for you to take. The daily specials will be hot and ready for immediate pickup. Our salad bar, soup special, bierocks, and desserts are available for your enjoyment. We also offer a selection of meal prep casseroles, soups, and more in our freezer for pickup at your convenience.
We are located at 1007 Washington st, Ellis and we cook in our licensed kitchen. Our store front also is licensed for holding food. 🙂 we hope to see everyone soon.

We are pleased to announce that we will be opening our doors on Monday, February 24th. Our daily lunch specials will be available, and our business hours will be from 11am to 3pm. Additionally, we will be offering a fresh salad bar every day for take-out options, as well as bierocks and desserts. Freezer meals will be available for pickup, and we will be accepting orders for other items that are not in stock. For those with pending meal prep orders, please be assured that we are working on fulfilling them and will notify you of the delivery date. If you do not hear from us, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Homemade meal prep for families in the surrounding area. I also offering catering within the state of Kansas. All food is homemade and is freezer ready. I operate in a fully licensed kitchen. Family meals feed about 4 or I can divide up into smaller portion pans. Order anytime with minimal purchase.

On Thursday evening, supper pickup will be available in Ellis between 5-8 pm. Our menu includes quarts of chili and cinnamon rolls, priced at $12 per quart and $15 for 1/2 dozen cinnamon rolls. If you are interested in ordering supper for pickup in Ellis on Thursday evening, please call or message me to place your order. I will ensure that your order is kept warm for pickup between 5-8 pm, even after the junior high game.
