What a great year of business it has been! Have loved coming to you healthier after starting a health journey last June and dropping 70 lbs! Better mental clarity to plan jobs, more energy to be on my feet all day purchasing plants and designing, and less swelling in my body to be more efficient. Super thankful how better health has made for a better year! I love this program! Enjoy your Summer!

Thank you to all of our customers for a wonderful 2021 serving you! Excited to share that I will be coming to you healthier and more energetic in 2022! This past June, I began a transformational health journey. As I approached 50 with extra weight that had crept on, elevated cholesterol levels, and more fatigue, I knew it was time to make a change to better my health. What I didn’t know was that my body had the capacity to return to where it was prior to my four pregnancies! Well here I am, 60 lbs lighter after 6 months, feeling more energetic, sleeping better, fitting into a variety of fun clothes, living out new habits, and giving my best self to those I love! So thankful for my health coach, Cindy Repenning, for guiding me on this amazing program!
