A night under the stars at the 🌙 Lately, I’ve been on the road a lot, and I wanted to take a moment to share more about these incredible trips. Some are fam trips where we explore destinations and venues for luxury events, while others, like this one at Canary Islands, are conferences where the industry comes together. These summits are so special and more than just networking; they’re a chance to build meaningful relationships with people who truly understand the challenges of our space. The connections I’ve made—both professional and personal—are invaluable. Not only do I gain amazing partners to bring back to my clients, but I also have friends who challenge me, teach me, and help me grow. I always return from trips like this feeling inspired, recharged, and eager to bring all that new knowledge and experience back to my team.

What a tremendous honor it was to speak at in the Canary Islands. I am always so inspired by my friends & forces across the luxury event space and I’m thrilled that I’m now getting the opportunity to share my story. My hope is that I too can serve as an inspiration to others along the way!

Fun fact that many didn’t know before, this was actually my first speaking engagement—I had been a part of one panel and a podcast guest prior, but besides that this was a completely new experience for me. It was also ironic because my talk was on reframing fear and how to use it to drive you and your business forward. In all honesty I was nervous before, but I’m so happy that I faced that fear and pushed myself out of my comfort zone. I had a blast on the RSVP stage and hopefully it will be the first of many!

To my clients, friends, followers, and peers thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support. It truly means the world to me!!!

PS. The theme of the conference was the fire within & my speech was ‘fighting fear with fire’ so of course I had to walk on to girl on fire by Alicia Keys (adding it for you all here too) 🤍

Last month, my mom was in town for a quick visit, so of course, we had to take a trip to the office & design studio. For those who don’t know, my mother started in this business over 49 years ago. The industry has changed so much since then, but it’s always so special being back together where it all started.
