The Strategic Planning Committee meeting scheduled for tomorrow, 7/9/24, will be held at the Embarrass Town Hall at 6:00pm. The address for the Town Hall is 7503 Levander Rd., Embarrass, MN 55732. This meeting is open to the public and all are encouraged to join!

Such a great crew helping out at the Timber Hall Event Center today! We unpacked our new tables, inventoried kitchen supplies, and installed baby changing stations for our guests!

Next Timber Hall Work Day will be focused on outside tasks- hope to you see you there! 🛠

Thank you to our top notch maintenance and mowing crew, it is looking very nice on the grounds this week! The weather has been less than cooperative so far this mowing season, but the crew really made some progress these past couple sunny days! ☀️

Thank you to the volunteers that came and helped out at the Timber Hall Work Day yesterday! We were able to assemble most of the new table and chair racks. 🛠
There are many more projects we would like to complete before the fair and would appreciate any additional help!

Big things are coming to the Embarrass Region!!! 🤩
Through the support of many local entities, Embarrass has been chosen to participate in the Empowering Small Minnesota Communities (ESMC) Program through the University of Minnesota!

The ESMC program, led by several University of Minnesota partners, will work with the Community to:

~Identify and embrace existing assets.
~Propose work that will advance resilient and sustainable economic, social, or transportation infrastructure.
~Proactively embrace projects or processes that may iterate new project ideas or frameworks for future development.

You can get involved by participating in the Community Input Meeting on June 27th (6pm), and sharing your thoughts for the future of the Embarrass Region! All community members from the surrounding region are welcome to join!

A lot of things have been happening behind the scenes in our organization, but we are excited to finally share them with you! 🎉

Through the hard work of the board, volunteers, and local supporters our Association was graciously awarded $1.5M to renovate our facility. We have been hard at work developing the plans and are excited to showcase them and get your input!

The newly released Timber Hall Kids Club has published a Summer Adventure Guide to get kids out and experiencing all the great things the Embarrass Region has to offer. This has been a fun collaboration project with area groups.

This week, the first class of Karate North Tae Kwon Do students practicing at the Timber Hall Event Center graduated to the next belt! 🎉🥋

They will take a break over the summer and classes will begin again in the fall!

The outpouring of this community is absolutely amazing!
In less than 8 hours we have had so much interest in sponsoring benches that we decided to add even more opportunities for the community to honor memories or promote their organization at the Timber Hall Event Center! 🪑
We have added chairs, bleachers, and picnic tables to the Adopt-a-Seat campaign and look forward to dedicating even more spaces to this outstanding community! 🥰

The Timber Hall Event Center hosts a variety of events throughout the year and want to provide guests with a better experience by adding benches throughout the property.

YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE TO THIS INITIATIVE BY SPONSORING A BENCH.

Any donation amount is appreciated and for $65 you can dedicate a bench in honor of a friend or loved one, your family, or organization. Dedicated benches will be engraved with plaques and displayed as a tribute to the sponsor.

It was absolutely amazing to see so many kids and community members come to enjoy an afternoon of Easter activities! Bringing the community together is our passion and participation like this inspires us to want to keep growing and hosting more community centered events! Thank you to everyone who came to check out our first Winter Festival yesterday at the Timber Hall Event Center! ❄️ We served 100 delicious soup meals and had a great time with all kinds of games for all ages!
We could never pull this off without all of our great collaborators and fantastic volunteers. Thank you for making this day a success 🤩

We will be at the Timber Hall Event Center for their Winter Festival handing out shelf stable food boxes to seniors (those who are 60+)
