Tonight was my last night catering in Palm Springs. Thank You Finest City Chefs for hiring me to do tonight’s Bachelorette party for eight lovely ladies. On the menu: Tuscany Menu. Caprese’ Croustini. Jumbo Shrimp with dill aioli sauce. Caesar Salad with home made dressing and zaatar croutons. Chicken Breast Tuscany, pan seared golden brown finished in a creamy sundried tomato, spinach, Parmesan sauce. 1 Plank Salmon with lemon and dill. Linguini with sauce and a medley of zucchini, yellow squash and tri color peppers.

Tonight’s dinner for 7. Italiano Style! White bean and tomato bruschetta, cantaloupe wrapped in prosciutto, puff pastry with sautéed onion, tri color peppers and mushrooms with thyme and oregano. Thank You Finest City Chefs for hiring me to do your event this evening. A 50th Birthday Bash for Abbas and Bryan. On the menu: Mixed berry margaritas. Grilled Jumbo Shrimp with lemon dill aioli. Caprese Crostini. Crudités with a yogurt, spinach and herb dip. Arugula & Spinach Salad with blueberries, strawberries and julienned Granny Smith apples and crumbled goat cheese tossed in a raspberry vinaigrette. Entree: Filet of Beef with a red wine sauce and Lobster tail with lemon butter, roasted garlic Parmesan potatoes and rosemary, corn-red bell pepper relish with a chiffonade of basil. Faux Crab Cakes: artichoke bottoms diced with panko bread crumbs and seasoning. Topped with lemon aioli with grilled portobello mushrooms. Chocolate lava cake with fresh whipped cream and berries.

Thank You Dana for hiring me to do you dinner party this evening in Palm Springs. On the menu: Shrimp wrapped in prosciutto with a cilantro-lime-honey glaze. Spinach Triangles. Greek Salad. Thank you Gina for hiring me to do your bachelorette party this evening in Palm Springs. It was a great experience cooking for all of you. On the menu: Zucchini fritters with beet labneh. White bean bruschetta on garlic toast. Arugula salad with artichoke hearts, tomatoes, red pepper, radishes, olives, Burrata cheese tossed in a lime- cilantro vinaigrette. Dinner: Petrale Sole meunière style with rosemary fingerling potatoes and steamed asparagus. Baked stuffed Eggplant with chickpeas, onions, tomatoes, yellow squash, carrots and Lebanese 7 spice.

Roasted tri color pepper soup with mirepoix, harissa, cinnamon, marjoram and vegetable stock. Broiled Salmon Filet marinated in Japanese Soy, sesame oil, ginger root, fish sauce and lemon. I top of steamed spinach with lemon and garlic. Tomatoes marinated in spinach stock, sesame oil and lemon. I used the tomato jus for a broth.

I enjoy creating menu’s and events, working side by side with the client As I traveled around the World the last 15 years, I try to bring back the experience I had when I took that first bite of food which won me over. I cook with Love and Serve with Happiness. I have owned-partnered in two Restaurants and two Catering business’s so far. I was able to study at one of the finest culinary schools in the United States. The Culinary Institute of America. Class of 86. I would like to share a culinary experience with you.
