🎈 How much does a balloon garland cost?
Organic garlands are $18 per foot. It comes with up to 3 colors of your choice. Extra colors can be added for an additional cost. Columns are $15 per foot plus the cost of the topper. Toppers range anywhere from $2 - $15 depending on the size, mylar or latex.
🎈 What all do you offer?
Liberty Lane Balloons offers balloon decor and gifts! Organic garlands, number/character colums, balloon arches, table runners, center pieces, marquees, advertisements, grand openings, cut outs, candy cups, stuffed balloons and more!
We even have giant plushes available for rental! If you're wanting a giant giraffe for your baby shower- we have you covered!
Spam us with pictures of what you're wanting- and we can get it done!
🎈 How far in advance should I order my balloons?
As soon as you know your event date, time and have secured the place of your party... message us! The sooner the better! This allows us enough time to make sure we can get the product we need (ordered and delivered on time) so we can prep before your event. This also allows you to get the date you're wanting before anyone else.
Messaging us a few days before or less than 2 weeks before your event, can sometimes be too late. Shipping on specific colors/mylars can take over a week to ship/be delivered. That means, we might not be able to get what you're wanting on time to prep before your event. We do try and carry certain colors/mylars on hand- but what we have on hand is completely random and changes daily.
🎈 Do I get to keep the balloon garland?
Yes! Any balloon garland is yours to keep- or if you would like, we can take down the garland and discard of the balloons properly when your party is over.
The only items that need to be returned are rentals. (Stands, curtains, giant plushes, certain cutouts/greenery) These items will be marked on your invoice so you know exactly which ones will need to be returned in the order they were rented out to you.
🎈 Do you do helium balloons?
At the moment, we do not offer helium balloons. The balloons we offer are all air filled. With the proper after care, air filled balloons end up lasting several weeks compared to helium balloons that might last 1-3 days.
We also do not, under any circumstance, promote balloon releases. We suggest planting a tree in memory of your loved one. If you have more questions on this issue, please refer to our pinned posts on the Liberty Lane Balloons page or feel free to message us.
🎈 How do I secure my event date with you?
Once we figure out all the details of your order, we will have you send us your email. We then send a invoice through Square. Once it's paid, it allows us to order all the product we will need for your event and secures your date. 100% is due upfront. We do not do deposits.
We know some might have concerns about paying 100% upfront, however, this is no different than pre-ordering from your favorite boutique, getting a customized item made or paying for something online.
We truly love doing balloon decor and are proud to have been in business since 2021. It makes no sense for us not to show up to your event. That would be completely counter-productive for Liberty Lane Balloons. You can check out any of the LLB reviews online if you still have concerns or message us with any questions you might have. We have found event days to be extremely busy. Getting the other part of payment the day of your event, can be a hassle. Paying 100% upfront makes things easier for all of us, allows us to order your product, and secures your event date.
If you're wanting to pay in cash, let us know and we can make arrangements for you to drop off your payment before we need to order your supplies.
🎈 How much do you charge if I buy the balloons?
Our business insurance does not allow us to use product/supplies we didn't personally purchase.
Even if our business insurance allowed this option, it would not make your order any cheaper. Hours of prepping and a lot of manual labor go into making balloon decor for your special day. We appreciate you being respectful and understanding this is one of the ways we provide for our family.
There are certain brands of balloons we have found work best for our clients, and we love doing business with the specific company we order from.
We understand Amazon kits seem like a really great idea- but the majority of the time they do not come with the number of balloons needed- per the picture they've shown. (Either the picture is photo shopped or they've stolen a balloon artist's picture online... and they arent the balloons you are purchasing.) Another issue with Amazon kits we have found is they come with balloons that are defective and/or are made with super thin materials that are see through. Cheaply made balloons cannot be guaranteed to stay inflated throughout your event. Having peace of mind and knowing you will recieve quality balloons from a reputable brand when you order from us, is much better than taking a chance with a Amazon kit and end up being disappointed on your special day.
🎈 Is there a delivery fee?
Liberty Lane Balloons offers FREE delivery within Enid City limits. Anything outside of that will have a delivery fee. Delivery fees depend on the mileage/how many vehicles will be traveling. We have gone as far as Wichita, Ringwood, Canton, Ponca, Crescent and even Oklahoma City. We don't mind a road trip, but we do need to be paid for travel.
🎈 I really want balloons at my party, but what I want seems expensive. Can you work with any budget?
Absolutely! If you have a balloon budget in mind, please let us know and we will do our best to figure something out within your price range. Balloon decor can be expensive, but that doesn't mean we won't be able to figure something out for the day of your event! Some items, like center pieces, start out at just $25 and number/character columns can be around $50. We can work with any price range.
