🥳🥳 Happy 21st Birthday 🥳🥳

This garland was super special and fun to do for many reasons 🥰

1) I got to collaborate with my friend MacKenzie Gnapp from On The Flipside... if you haven't had one of her cakes- you're missing out!! (She did my wedding cupcakes AND my last years birthday cake!! Both were equally delicious and SO pretty 😍)

2) My client traveled to Enid from the UK to surprise her daughter for her 21st birthday!! How awesome is that?! I can officially cross "do balloons for someone from the UK" off my bucket list!! 💛💛 ayye!

Huge S/O to El Patio for allowing this 8ft garland and 21 number collums in the restaurant!! It was a tight squeeze but we made it WORK 👏🏻 and ALSO for lending me that Sombrero!! Extra spice for my pictures- I love it 🪇

What's that saying?! Teamwork makes the dream work!! Definitely found to be true in last night's setup 🥰💛

This is why I never use helium and do not promote balloon releases...

💥 Released balloons can harm animals, birds, marine life, humans, and even our environment.

💥 Balloon releases lead to accidents, injuries, and even power outages.

➡️ Mylar balloons cause thousands of power outages each year when they float away and come into contact with power lines.

💥 Farmers and ranchers also have concerns with balloon releases. It effects their livestock and crops.

✈️ Released balloons can cause dangerous situations for airplanes. Some states require you to call all airports in your area to get permission for balloon releases... it really is THAT serious.

💥 What goes up, must come down. Don't expect others to pick up your trash 100 miles away.

🎈Even if your latex balloons say they are biodegradable- it takes years for them to naturally disintegrate. Popping each balloon and discarding them properly is the best way to throw away your balloons.

🤍 If you're thinking of releasing balloons for a loved one's passing- I would suggest planting flowers or a tree in their memory instead. It would last much longer than any balloon you release. 🤍
