Enid Event Company has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our community. Through a lengthy discovery process, we have validated the key issue as the need to provide interesting and entertaining opportunities for the community to engage in and to entice people from other communities to ours as well as to provide a sense of community collaboration and camaraderie. Building and maintaini

ng a culture of community involvement is a critical issue for our selected target market of the citizens of Enid and beyond. "Enid Event Company will provide you with a quality event that you don't have to be burdened with planning so you can focus on your other obligations." In order to deliver on this value proposition, we submit no one else has our experience planning grassroots events quite the way we do and no one else in the area offers this service. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

I know it seems like it's a long way off, but this festival fills up quickly!
The fee for food trucks is $200 and it covers both days.
Small vendors and artists - we'd love to have your handmade wares, too. We do not accept MLMs at this festival. The vendor fee is $100 for the two days.
If you have a food truck or are an artist or artisan and you'd like to be at the Red Brick Road Festival March 22nd and 23rd, please email [email protected].
This is the biggest and best food truck festival in northwest Oklahoma. We just celebrated our 10th year. We generally have between 4000-5000 people through most years.
(We don't control the weather, we do enact a Force Majeure clause).

Email: [email protected] for a space

One of the most anticipated events of the year!

"We transport you into a world of intrigue and illusion...Tragedians, at your command!"
"It costs little to watch, and a little more if you happen to get *caught up in the action*, if that's your taste, and times being what they are..."

In the world of Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead, nothing is off limits, all is permitted, and absurdity is the order of the day! 🙃
Most of all, the Tragedians ensure that by the end of every performance, everyone who is marked for death, dies.
And whom might be marked for death, we wonder? Maybe go back and read the title of the show again? 🤔
Follow the link in the comments, get your tickets, and come see what this cavalcade of carnies has to offer! 💀 🤡

Something fun to do Friday night! Liquid History at the museum!

How bout a drink? 🍺

Before 1907, Oklahoma Territory laws allowed the sale of alcohol. When Oklahoma passed its Constitution in 1907, the state was made "dry." Below is a photo of Enid before it was “dry!”

If you look closely, you'll notice that the photo shows Dick Brothers Beer; Anheuser Busch Co.; and Pabst Brewing. Interestingly enough, in 1894, The Pabst Company even gave $425.00 to the Enid Fire Department for the city's first fire wagon!

All of this to say, there is a rich history of brewing in the area! Come and learn more about it at Museum After Dark: Liquid History THIS FRIDAY, April 12th! 🤩

Experience the stories of how mining, immigrants, and prohibition influenced the different styles of beer and the hands that crafted it, all while sampling varieties from Settlers, Enid Brewing Company, Vortex Alley, and Prairie Artisan Ales that represent the types that became popular in Oklahoma history! 🍻

Did you know it’s highly recommended to purchase tickets in advance?

The way events work that are held on any property, public or private, is that the event holder acquires permission from the property owner and generally has to pay a fee in order to use the space. If it's taxpayer funded public property, like a street, they still have to get a permit to block the street and use the space and it also costs money.
That permit allows the event holder use of that space for the allotted time. It is not publicly accessible for the period that it's rented.
We had two instances at the recent food truck festival where people decided to challenge this. One was a vendor that decided he could stand outside the festival entrance and sell his wares. I explained to him he couldn't do that as all of the other vendors had paid to use their space and that wouldn't be fair and that he was not signed up to participate in this event. He claimed they'd contacted me and didn't hear back so he thought he'd come see about setting up. Firstly, IF that were true, it's unfortunate if there were an oversight, but that doesn't give you permission to just show up in the middle of a busy festival and expect to get to just jump into something that's been organized and already operating. Secondly, I looked through every platform where I receive messages and couldn't find anything. Thirdly, upon further efforts, it turns out this same person did this at a Main Street event, too, so I'm leaning toward it being untrue.
There are reasons vendors aren't allowed to just show up. It's not even about money - it's about public safety and rules that event planners have to follow. Vendors that sell food are required to have insurance and permits and have to have passed health inspections. I have no way of knowing some random person has any of that and when we're in the middle of a busy day isn't the time to vet that.
Regardless, we talked about what the fee was to participate and he never did contact me about that but stood out there and sold his stuff anyway. The police will be called next time.
The next guy decided he was going to harass me about blocking a public street and that there's no way it could be legal to charge an entry fee for people to use a public street. He didn't seem to grasp that the permit that I paid hundreds of dollars for made it not public for the hours of the event.
I'm happy to discuss things with people, but again, when I'm trying to oversee a festival with thousands of people and dozens of vendors isn't the time or place.
For what it's worth, I am the reason Enid even has a special events ordinance and application process and I helped shape it - because we needed a streamlined way to do these things and because events bring a quality of life to our community. Don't be a jackwagon that harasses people and tries to skirt the rules. I've never had to have a police presence at this festival in 10 years but will be having security at the gate next year. You're not going to ruin everyone else's good time because you're an ass.

Exciting announcement!
After ten years of seeing if it was gonna work out, we have finally created a website specifically for the Red Brick Road Festival!
There's a countdown timer on there and all the pertinent information, but most importantly, it will hopefully streamline the application and payment process for vendors.
If you have photos from the festival, we'd love to include them in the photo gallery.
Dates for next year are already set!
