Heather Hill Farm had the opportunity to host an elegant dinner for the Utah Wine Festival 2025. They let me have full creative license to design a table that reflected our Southern Utah environment and Heritage. I used our local sage brush and rocks and well and greenery from around the farm. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did in creating it.

On Saturday, we had the pleasure of hosting a beautiful wedding at Heather Hill Farm. Despite the freezing temperatures outside, the atmosphere inside was lively. A notable highlight was the custom four-tiered cake, featuring a cake top tier and subsequent tiers adorned with flowers and cookies. Heather Hill Farm took care of the flowers, and Farmhouse Kitchen catered the event, serving outstanding food, including the exceptional Pulled Pork.

Happening on the Farm. Our bees didn't make it through the winter so we added 2 new hives this year. We were able to extract the honey and it is delicious. We moved the hives to a south-facing location for optimal conditions and they seem to be loving their new home. We will add another brooder box and honey box next week and hopefully this summer will have lots of honey.

Happening on the farm. It's definitely spring and the first crop of the year is asparagus! This patch is now 4 years old and we are getting a bumper crop. I love it roasted in our air fryer with olive oil, salt & pepper and garlic powder. What's your favorite way to cook it?
