Chatham Hills (formerly known as O’Malley’s Inn) is currently being renovated into a large group rental, while keeping the history and character of this property intact.

Sleeping up to 30 guests with 11 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, and TONS of living space for the entire group to enjoy. We are kid/child and pet friendly, we provide all the supplies!

Comprised of 2 distinct buildings - a large home and a newly renovated bunk house - totaling 11 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, two kitchens, a game room, adult lounge, and tons of outdoor social areas provide an exemplary group experience with maximum space and comfort.

Chatham Hills provides plenty of outdoor gathering areas to refresh your spirit. Numerous private decks, porches, balconies, and a spacious backyard with a fire pit that leads up to the Door County Land Trust - a magnificent nature preserve - lush greenery perfect for hiking, dog walking, snow-shoeing and cross-county skiing in the winter!

The backyard has half an acre of grassy area to enjoy many hours of games and fun.

According to our nature notes, Great Egret migration south should begin today! Great Egrets are large, beautiful, wading birds that migrate through the Door Peninsula.

It is the second-largest member of the heron family in America (second only to the Great Blue Heron) and lives in marshes like those at Kangaroo Lake. The Great Egret flies with slow wing beats and has a deep, croaking call.
