Refreshing Mocktail
1 1/4 oz pineapple juice
half lemon squeezed
half orange squeezed
1/2 oz grenadine
3 oz ginger ale or club soda

Add everything over ice except ginger ale and shake. Then strain over ice with Garnish and top with ginger ale.

Raspberry White Chocolate Martini...

1 1/2 oz Raspberry Vodka
1 oz Raspberry Liqour
1 oz White Chocolate Liquor
1/2 oz Cream De Caocoa (clear)
Splash of simple syrup
Splash of Raspberry puree
Splash half and half
Shake shake shake strain in a garnish with white chocolate syrup and frozen sugared raspberries.

Tequila
Triple Sec
Fresh squeeze lime juice
Fresh pureed strawberries
Simple syrup
Prosecco
Rim with salt, sugar or a fancy sanding sugar. Garnish with a strawberry.

Honey Oat Bread!!!

It was an in the kitchen day!

I have a standard muffin recipe I always use and then mix in different ingredients. I tweaked it again and made the perfect batch or batches of muffins.

Banana, Blueberry and Strawberry. A few muffins I added white chocolate chips in them (using up what left) Little bits of sugar and flaky sea salt baked into the muffins.😋

Packed up an assortment of muffins to bring to Madison tomorrow 🥰

At Christmas I baked with brown butter for the first time. The treats were amazing so I wanted a dessert or ( we really didn't need anymore cookies after Christmas) but nothing beats a homemade cookie!!!
A homemade brown butter chocolate chip cookies. The perfect brown butter to bring a little darkness to the cookie with crispy edge and chewy inside. Topped with flaky sea salt!👌

Melt in your mouth yummy bits of cookie!🍪 Packed a bag for Maddie too!!!

I made a few other savory items as well but these were too good not to share.

Baking day 2!!!

And done!!

Today's recipes were a classic peanut butter balls( Chris's favorite).
A Chocolate Peppermint bark cookie, some with a white chocolate dipped and some without.

Then a Browned Butter Christmas Blondie. 👌 (Jack says these were the best)

I have never baked with brown butter or for that matter honestly I don't think I knew about it! I loved how this cookie bar came out!!! I will be checking out more recipes with it.

Baking day one!!!

Happiest in the kitchen!!!

My mother taught me how to make peanut butter blossoms as a kid. A simple cookie to make with peanut butter and tiny chocolate kiss. What's not to love?
Always been a favorite of mine and my kids love them too. Last year I found a few different variations to make.
Today I was playing aroundvin the kitchen with my recipe and added some cocoa!!!👌

It tastes like a chocolate peanut butter brownie!! It's so yummy!!!!

My other long time standing cookie I make this time of year is Santa's Snickers Surprise!!! Let's say I love peanut butter and chocolate and having a melted snickers in every bite is delightful!!
