What else did I make?🍪

I had a bunch of strawberries that I knew wouldn't get eaten so I made a strawberry puree with them and then took my cookie base and made a strawberry white chocolate chip cookie, fresh strawberries mixed in the cookie with delicious white chocolate. 🍓👌 NONE

I worked on some Easter Cookies for our Easter specials. 🐣

First up we used our favorite cookie base with pastel M & M's and white chocolate chips. So delicious, and just says Easter!!! NONE

Next is a new cookie 🍪 and let me say oh my!!! Anything is possible and I just love carrot cake!!! Imagine the cake but a COOKIE and topped with Maple Cream Cheese frosting!!!🤤👌NONE

Both the Easter M & M and Carrot Cookies will be included in our Easter specials (BE ON THE LOOK OUT FOR THAT FLYER)

National Margarita Day!!!
Grab your shakers and favorite Tequila and let's make a cocktail!!!
My favorite from Mexico is the classic Paloma ( not a fan of grapefruit) BUT this version has me sold!!
2 oz Silver Tequila
1 oz Triple Sec
1/5 oz simple
Wedge of fresh lime, grapefruit and orange
Fresca or Sq**rt I used Fresca ( small cans in a 8 pk) Rim : Hot honey, Tahini and sugar mix.
Muddle fruit with spirits add ice and simple shake. Make sure you strain over ice in a glass. Top with Fresca!!
original recipe has Hibiscus syrup ( just a 1/4 oz if you have it I need to find some)

Today's new cookie is a Dark Chocolate Chip Pistachio jumbo cookie. 🍪 So I love the crunch and crisp factor in this cookie which follows with the Pistachios and then accompanied by the sweetness of the Dark chocolate and topping with flaky sea salt. 👌
A great sweet and savory cookie!!!
