Triple Sec
Cranberry juice
Cream of Coconut
Top with club soda!!!

Baking day 2!!!

And done!!

Today's recipes were a classic peanut butter balls( Chris's favorite).
A Chocolate Peppermint bark cookie, some with a white chocolate dipped and some without.

Then a Browned Butter Christmas Blondie. 👌 (Jack says these were the best)

I have never baked with brown butter or for that matter honestly I don't think I knew about it! I loved how this cookie bar came out!!! I will be checking out more recipes with it.

Baking day one!!!

Happiest in the kitchen!!!

My mother taught me how to make peanut butter blossoms as a kid. A simple cookie to make with peanut butter and tiny chocolate kiss. What's not to love?
Always been a favorite of mine and my kids love them too. Last year I found a few different variations to make.
Today I was playing aroundvin the kitchen with my recipe and added some cocoa!!!👌

It tastes like a chocolate peanut butter brownie!! It's so yummy!!!!

My other long time standing cookie I make this time of year is Santa's Snickers Surprise!!! Let's say I love peanut butter and chocolate and having a melted snickers in every bite is delightful!!

What did you do with all your leftovers from Thanksgiving? Well we have a lot. That's nothing new in my house. Tonight I made a Turkey Leftover Pot Pie!!!

What did I put in it?
LEFTOVERS
Corn and Carrots
Stuffing
Mashed Potatoes
Turkey

Added a can of cream of chicken, mixed (didn't season it because everything was already seasoned) put it into a store bought pie crust ( a girl has to cut corners and honestly I am not that great at pie crusts)
Bake 400 ° for 30- 40 minutes.

Top with some gravy and I reheated some green bean casserole and sweet potatoes casserole and a served with a side of cranberry sauce.

Delicious and super quick and I used more of those leftovers. More to come!!!
